How many widgets can I add to my Home Screen?

As many as you want! Days Since doesn’t limit the number of widgets you can add.

My widget is showing as locked but I paid for the upgrade, what can I do?

First, make sure the purchase is unlocked on your device by Restoring your Purchase. Once restored, restart your device.

I have added the widget to my iPhone but the widget says “No Upcoming Events”. How do display a specific countdown?

Days Since has several different types of widgets. If a widget says “No Upcoming Events”, then you have placed a “Next Up” widget to your Home or Lock Screen. The “Next Up” widget automatically displays the next countdown that is due to reach zero. If you’d like to display a specific countdown instead, remove the widget and place another one. When selecting the new widget, make sure it says “Single Countdown” at the top. Once placed, you will be able to select the specific countdown that you would like to display.

Why is my widget blank or displaying all black?

This indicates that either your device low on memory or the widget is unable to access your countdowns. Restarting your device and then opening the Days Since app will usually fix the issue but if it doesn’t, you can try deleting and re-installing Days Since from the App Store.

Before you delete Days Since, we recommend creating a back up file.

Why isn’t my widget updating?

Due to battery and performance concerns, Apple limits the number of updates apps can make to widgets throughout the day. Under certain conditions, Days Since can only update widgets every 15 minutes.
